Greetings. My name is Gregory, and I'm a Training and Development professional with a background in writing, editing, and instructional design. My career has taken me from coaching writers in the classroom to training teams in fast-paced corporate environments, and through it all, I’ve learned that good training isn’t just about information—it’s about engagement.
I’ve developed SCORM-compatible training programs, refined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and led teams through everything from system rollouts to compliance updates. I know how to take complex ideas and make them digestible, whether that’s through a well-structured course, a sharp slideshow, or the occasional well-placed joke to keep people awake. My background in writing and improv has given me a knack for making learning stick, and I take pride in creating training that people actually remember (and maybe even enjoy).
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: help people learn, help businesses grow, and make sure no one falls asleep in the process.
